Our client is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of equipment and components in oil and gas drilling and production
Location – Moscow, 40-50% travel
Type of contract – permanent


• Develop, manage and work closely with a distributor / representative network for the company’s production solutions range of products in the assigned territory.
• Prepare and present technical presentations to existing/new customers.
• Assist clients in developing technical specifications and perform flow sizing calculations on chokes and or valves and pumping products
• Establish prequalification of companies products with all E&P companies accords the territory.
• Maintain an efficient process to address all customer enquiries and comments timely and effectively.
• Interface with other NOV Departments/Functions, ensure shipment schedules are met and orders are expedited to timely completion
• Assist management and engineering in identifying new product development opportunities, product improvements and product rationalization.
• Sales planning on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Develop regional sales strategy for all products across the territory Identifying key target customers
• Developing and maintaining key customer relationships..
• Maintain sales opportunity information in company database for management review. Provide timely follow-up and reporting on all opportunities.
• Travel both domestic and International to customer’s offices in assigned territory. 40-50% travel required estimated.

• A good grade degree or diploma in Engineering
• Ability to travel in Russia and CIS
• Self motivated.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience in outside sales with the upstream oilfield industry on engineered or capital type equipment to end user E&P operators production departments, engineering companies, EPC contractors at a project level. Specific experience with production chokes, ANSI ./ API6A Valves or Wellhead sales with an existing client base is strongly desired.
• Strong written and excellent communications skills essential for presentation and report generation
• Candidates who do not meet academic prerequisites but possess relevant experience will be considered
• A valid driving license
• Fluent English
